Registration/Invoice
At the end of the registration process you will receive a confirmation of your registration and payment.
If you want an invoice you can ask the Province of Flemish Brabant to provide you one: philip.dingemans@vlaamsbrabant.be.
Cancellations
Notification must be given by email philip.dingemans@vlaamsbrabant.be no later than 10 (ten) calender days (= 9 October 2023) before the start of the conference.
If a participant is unable to attend the conference for any reason, that person may substitute someone else to attend. In that case, please send us by email (philip.dingemans@vlaamsbrabant.be) the name of the substitute, the contact details and invoicing information. The substitute must also register via the website.
